Production and processing

Production and processing time is separate from delivery time. For custom artwork orders, production timing varies by order and is confirmed individually after final proof approval. Please do not assume that a custom artwork order will be ready to dispatch within two business days of placing your order.

Artwork proofs and approval

Where your order requires an artwork proof, production depends on your approval of the final proof. Time spent awaiting approval or making artwork changes can affect when your order is ready for dispatch or collection. Please check your proof carefully and respond with your approval or requested changes.

Australian delivery

We ship within Australia only. Available shipping options and charges for your order are shown at checkout.

For products covered by our General shipping profile, the current domestic rates are AUD $10.95 for Standard shipping and AUD $15.95 for Express shipping. Products with separate shipping arrangements, including Loaded Cookies, may have different rates. Please use the shipping charge shown at checkout for your order.

Delivery time is additional to production and processing time. Choosing Express shipping does not shorten artwork approval or production time. Delivery timing depends on the selected service and destination; no specific arrival date is guaranteed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available. Custom orders still require production time and, where applicable, final artwork proof approval before they are ready for collection. Please confirm collection arrangements with us before travelling to collect your order.

RUSH MY ORDER and urgent requests

RUSH MY ORDER is separate from your shipping service. Rush processing operates on weekdays, excluding public holidays, and remains dependent on any required final proof approval. It does not guarantee a dispatch, collection or delivery date.
